Without Regard is a diversity/respect video that emphasizes the legal perspective and the consequences of inappropriate (wrong) work behavior based on someone's Race, Religion, Sex, National Origin, Age, or Disability. 

It's an older video...so there are newer ones out there that you might also like to check out. But it does have a lower price point than most, so that's always a plus.
